New member for the EIGCA Sustainability Committee

Jeff joins chairperson, David Bily, and members Giulia Ferroni and Matt Schiffer, who are supported by external consultant, Keith Duff.

Jeff’s interest in sustainability began when he undertook independent study on the subject at the University of Illinois/Champaign in 2005. More recently, Jeff and business partner, Forrest Richardson (an ASGCA Past President) have begun writing a book, called ‘The Sustainable Sport’, which will shed light on what sustainability really means. The genesis of this idea came from the conference at the EIGCA Annual Meeting in Iceland in 2022 when a member asked a seemingly simple question: “Can anyone explain what sustainability is?”.

The next Sustainability Committee meeting is on 29th August via Zoom.
