New private golf facility in East Africa by David Hemstock

The land has a beach frontage onto Lake Victoria. The project includes a resort golf layout by this father and son team. EIGCA Member, David Hemstock, featuring USGA specification greens and extensive practice facilities, and a resort building with accommodation, bar & restaurant, changing facilities and indoor leisure elements designed by Dr Ollie Hemstock, who works on the built elements of the company’s projects.

The golf course and building construction is planned for an early 2024 construction date once planning matters have been dealt with. Hemstock Design has been active in east and west Africa for over 15 years, with projects completed or underway in Tanzania, Ghana and Uganda.
