Bronze Partner, Josef Pötter Golf, is currently engaged in three major projects, while two others have recently been completed.

Modernising Tradition with Care
Outlook: An additional 5 holes are currently in the planning phase.
Location: GC Bad Ems
Architect: Thomas Himmel
Scope of Work: Complete reconstruction of 2 holes / Partial reconstruction of 5 holes (e.g., greens or tees) / Full redevelopment of the irrigation and water supply system, including a new storage pond and pump station / Planning services
Current Status: Fine grading, seeding, and irrigation installation are underway.

Renewing and Expanding Existing Facilities
Location: Golf & More Duisburg Huckingen
Architect: David Krause MEIGCA
Scope of Work: Expansion of the golf course by 9 holes / Construction of a 6-hole short course / Partial replacement and refurbishment of the irrigation system
Current Status: Earthworks and shaping in progress using heavy machinery.
Outlook: All areas are scheduled for seeding by autumn.

From Small to Large
Location: Golfpark Neustadt im Harz
Architect: Städler & Reinmuth (EIGCA members)
Scope of Work: Construction of 9 entirely new holes / Complete redevelopment of the irrigation and water supply system, including storage pond and pump station / Planning services
Current Status: Topsoil is being applied to the completed shaped areas.
Outlook: Finishing touches and seeding are scheduled shortly.
