Work begins this September to build a new 18 Golf Course, a new Clubhouse and Half way house, a new Practice Area, Short game practice area, a new putting green, and a putting course. This site is on the Gulf of Mexico and is very close to the City of Naples.
A new Four Season hotel is under construction and will open soon as the center of activity for this Resort.
150 New Home / Condos will overlook the ocean and the course.
The Golf Course is on a sandy site that will feature a lush tropical new landscape that will be planted along the edges of the new course. The Golf Course design will feature Platinum TE paspalum turfgrass on greens, tees, fairways and rough. Tee shot landing areas will feature strategic bunkering with white sand flashed faces. Abundant lakes will have aquatic plants along the banks.
This Fazio Design Course scorecard plays to par 70 on a compact course that sits on 95 acres.
Total Turf is the Golf Course builder.
Nutt Irrigation will install the new system with a Watertronics pump station.
Grassing will begin in spring of 2026 thru the fall.
