1. What is All Golf Services best known for and what does the company do which might not be well known?

All Golf Services is best known for our ability to work hand-in-hand with architects building courses in the ground. We have extensive experience working with “ideas” and “vision” and can also work to detailed plans. We are known for our in-house irrigation work which we specialise in.

2. What are the biggest challenges All Golf Services has faced in the last ten years, and how have they been overcome?

Our biggest challenge was coming from a country with no golf history. We found it most difficult to convince clients and architects that a Polish company can specialise in golf construction at the highest level. Over the years we have had the pleasure to work with EIGCA Architects and this has helped us overcome the hurdle of being a “Polish” company. We are now judged by the quality of our work as opposed to where we come from.

3. What advice do you have for golf course architects when it comes to selecting All Golf Services for their projects?

Our advice is quite simple – give us a chance and you will be most pleasantly surprised. We do what we are best at and that is build quality golf courses with passion. We love what we do and for us every project is a passion project. We work closely with architects to help bring their vision to the canvas that is a piece of land. We pride ourselves in being very easy to work with, we like to listen and learn from architects and always try to do what’s best for the project and don’t just look at the bottom line.

4. What interesting environmental initiatives have All Golf Services been involved with, or seen installed, on a golf course?

We have had the opportunity to install our last two irrigation systems using GREY WATER from local water treatment plants. This was something new to us and imposed new challenges in making sure water was of good enough quality to irrigate the golf course

5. What new or recent developments by All Golf Services should EIGCA members be aware of?

Our latest project is still under an NDA however it is one of the most high-profile jobs in the industry at this time. We are honoured to take part in such an historic development and will let everyone know at the appropriate time. In the past 24 months we have had the pleasure of completing Black Water Links Golf Club in Poland with Caspar Grauballe MEIGCA – a Championship venue in the central part of Poland. With the restrictions imposed on us by the global pandemic we managed to finish the course on time and on budget and we will be at the grand opening this summer. Before that we worked with Jonathan Gaunt MEIGCA in Prague, Czech Republic building Twin Chapels Golf Club, a 27-hole project that we are very proud of. Jonathan managed to paint a beautiful picture using our dozers on a canvas that was less than spectacular.
