As we get closer to Learning Live 2025, we have two important updates for members, partners and patrons.

The Learning Live 2025 line-up just got even stronger. Speakers have been added to the programme to bring fresh perspectives and expertise from across the golf industry. Expect inspiring insights on how to make golf more inclusive by creating courses for everyone from tee to green.

If you have not yet registered, there are two weeks before registration closes (10th October), to be part of this key event in the EIGCA calendar.
Learning Live is where our community comes together — to learn, share, and connect. From thought-provoking sessions to valuable networking, it is your opportunity to exchange ideas with peers, partners, and industry leaders.
Your ticket includes:
- Welcome lunch (19th November) at midday
- Conference sessions (19th & 20th November)
- Evening dinner (19th November)
- One night’s accommodation at 4-star Hartsfield Manor
- Breakfast (20th November)
- Lunch (20th November)
Optional golf at Reigate Heath
You are welcome to play 9-holes at Reigate Heath Golf Club on the Thursday (20th) afternoon.
Less than a 10 minutes drive from Hartsfield Manor, this unique heathland course is situated on a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), balancing natural charm with a design that is both enjoyable and rewarding for players of all abilities. With panoramic views across the Surrey Hills, Reigate Heath provides a memorable end to round off Learning Live 2025.
To keep the event engaging and interactive, places are limited to 40 delegates, with four tee times (4-ball) at Reigate Heath from 13:30pm. Details to register have been emailed to EIGCA Members, Partners and Patrons.
