The members at Whittington Heath could have been upset when it was announced that the HS2 railway would run directly through the centre of their golf course and Victorian clubhouse.
Instead, they embraced the opportunity presented by the redevelopment and enlisted course architect Jonathan Gaunt to set about designing their new golf course. EIGCA Bronze Partner John Greasley has been brought in as constructors and EIGCA Gold Partner Rain Bird is installing the irrigation.
