Adam And Moodie Continue To Lead EIGCA

At the European Institute of Golf Course Architects’ AGM and Conference held in St Andrews in April, Mark Adam and Ken Moodie were re-elected each for a second term as President and Vice President respectively.

Both will serve for one more year.

In his President’s report, Mark Adam noted:

“As an Institute, we should be proud of our 5th year anniversary celebrations, for it marks the coming to maturity of our organisation, the fruit of many years of hard work. Its dedication to its existing members and the defence, promotion and education of the profession in an impartial way is clearly recognized today by all the major bodies in the golf industry.”

Both will be supported by an elected Council of six – Rainer Preissmann and David Krause from Germany, Jorge Santana da Silva from Portugal, Bruce Weller and Howard Swan from the United Kingdom and Peter Fjallman from Sweden, who becomes the representative of the Associates.
