Libor Jirásek, born 1962, member of Czech Chamber of Architects (CKA) and IFLA. Studied landscape architecture at Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry, and obtained an economics degree from Prague School of Economics. Libor has played golf since 1972, low hdc.
Designing since 1992 created the company Golfer s. r. o. and took part in the new era of golf in Central and Eastern Europe (13 courses constructed), being the committee president of the conference, EastGreens, from its commencement. Since 1986 Libor has published many articles on golf development (more than 100). He led a group of authors for the preparation of the handbook for the program Play golf-change life/Golf for all.
Since 1994 Libor has worked on projects with contributions from EU-Funds in the form of grants. Libor speaks fluently, and writes Czech, Slovak, Russian, German and English.
