My name is Alexandre Ribeiro and I have been working with Architect Jorge Santana da Silva at Golf Design in Palmela - Portugal for the past 29 years.
In 1994, I joined Golf Design and started working directly with Jorge Santana da Silva working in part-time, colouring golf plans by hand and learning about the company's work. It was a new world; I was discovering golf as a sport and as a profession. Over the years I developed technical skills and interest in the golf projects we developed, always mentored by Jorge Santana da Silva.
I participated in more than two hundred projects, always connected to all phases, from the preliminary layout to the licensing and construction projects, including the construction supervision.
Currently, I dedicate myself fully to the development of golf projects, during all phases of work, being connected with clients and professional partners throughout the process, producing all plans traditionally and assisted by computer. All knowledge and experience I acquired, formed me as a professional, with the technical capacity to perform my work at the highest level.
