Complaint Procedure

All members agree to abide by the EIGCA Code of Professional Conduct and Practice. If, however, you believe a member has breached this Code, there is a procedure in place for you to lodge a complaint against that individual member.

Should you wish to submit a formal complaint against a member of EIGCA, please contact with information on the nature of the complaint.

The Institute's aim is to ensure that any breach of the 'Code of Professional Conduct and Practice' is dealt with consistently and fairly.
