Altaona Golf

Picture of Altaona Golf

The desert like setting of Altaona Golf influences golfers from start to finish. Each hole is remarkably different on terrain that is slightly rolling. The course is target golf at its best, with contrasting green, grassy fairways and rough, to the browns and the beiges of the desert. The clubhouse, an old hacienda, is the center of a fun, playable, wide golf course. Big lakes appear like an oasis in this setting with some holes lined by mostly pines that are native to this part of the sunny Murcia region. Designed with integration into the natural topography, and low irrigation, the unique course has subtle and varying undulations that makes for intrigue, beauty, and unending excitement.
